About Us

Research

Our Lab, SIMED investigates various aspects of classroom teaching and learning using multimedia simulations and virtual reality environments.

Development and maintenance support was provided by The Office of Educational Technology, College of Education, University of Illinois, at Urbana-Champaign. Sharon Tettegah is currently a faculty member in the College of Education at the University of Illinois, at Urbana-Champaign. She teaches courses in Technology in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction. Her research focuses on the use of multimedia vignettes as a qualitative methodology to understand social behaviors.
